The site for the Town Centre covers a large land area, but because of the special nature of the facility within the larger Studio City context, it avoided implementing any street or vehicular traffic into the site. The objective was to create an attractive landscaped area — a park or garden that contains and connects the many different facilities and entertainment venues that make up the program of the Town Centre area. Pedestrian linkages tie the entire site together and make all parts of the site easily accessible in flexible, climate-protected conditions.
