Planners look at maps, landscape designers look at plants, architects look at buildings.
We look at things from your perspective, walking through the living spaces of the city.
Our team design from the inside outward, understanding what the ultimate users’ need and want in and between responsibly developed buildings.
When we put people first, urban spaces can be successful as measured by everyday use, not by how pretty their plans look on a wall.
Designs are conceptualized at the ground-level, and everyday behaviours of moving through space shape our ideas.
Responsibility in design comes not only from applying the latest energy-saving technologies, and innovation in mobility but focusing on understanding how simple, flexible frameworks that inspire people to build a society on their own, generation after generation.
Our approach invites market-driven economic opportunity and a social sense of ownership, on top of ensuring that the underlying ecosytems of a place function well. Some call it triple-bottom-line,we call it simple and obvious.

Our Studios are in San Francisco, Hong Kong, and now in Saigon. Dong Nai, Vietnam
As a link between Saigon’s eastward expansion and the potential servicing threshold of the new Long Thanh International Airport, this zone becomes an ideal setting for a broad mix of lifestyle and associated services. The existing riverways are protected as part of the area's heritage and provide natural recreation amenities for the connected, walkable neighborhoods.
2023,
1,150 hectares,
Long An, Vietnam
The challenge for the masterplanning team is unique in this application: an engineered solution of efficient building deployment will reduce the long-term valuation and miss the opportunities that the site has shown us. Long An Eco Centre sets a new paradigm that elevates the quality of life on an inclusive platform respectful of the Spirit of Place.
