In response to government engineering plans, HOK’s vision for Causeway Bay seeks to reclaim the waterfront for the public. By placing major infrastructure in tunnels beneath the seabed rather than on reclaimed land, the project reconnects Victoria Park to the harbour. This design reduces the visual and physical impact of roads, creating a pedestrian-friendly destination that reflects Hong Kong’s status as a world-class city.
