Bonifacio North (BONO) is a new Business and Mixed-use District that will become the center of activity in Metro Manila when combined with the nearby Makati CBD. The Masterplan provides a framework for creating a high-density, sustainable, world-class urban district that will become one of the most desired destinations in the region. BONO will be the place for people to live, work, and play. The development will incorporate 250,000 square metres of retail and hotel facilities, 600,000 square metres of office space, and 650,000 square metres of residential.
