A lively pedestrian-oriented and arcaded mixed-use street will serve as the main address for the Phase One CBD area, connecting a major commercial gateway into the CBD core with the CoEx/Retail Centre. The Fanhu District Masterplan and Design Guidelines offer implementable tools to help create the immediate impact that the new CBD will require in order to become the foremost office, entertainment, and shopping community in Wuhan.
