The site covers an area of 183 hectares and focuses on developing a new residential town of approximately 803 units and related facilities such as retail, medical and education. An essential part of this exercise is to create a connection with the power station. The primary aim of the Masterplan is integrate a series of land use and pedestrian pathways which will enhance the urban environment. This goal was successfully achieved through the thoughtful approach of setting up design principals and then developing a strong urban fabric entwined with in a landscape system.
