The Masterplan creates a variety of special neighborhoods: CR Apartments, Dachong Apartments, Retail Entertainment Centre, Commercial Centre, and Central Park. It takes advantage of adjacencies and densities while maximizing open spaces, public places, and pedestrian scale. Retail and high-density commercial presents Shennan Boulevard with an active face. Residential buildings cascade towards the grand Central Park, which ties the entire community together. Three unique orientations – Westward Lower Blocks, Cascading Central, and Eastern Point Towers – allow through-views from the centre toward the golf course and mountains beyond. The Central Park, wedged into the site, shares its great visual value with the Commercial Centre and the residential neighborhoods. In the Commercial Centre, Class A office towers, hotels, and luxury residential buildings contribute to the variety of the skyline, which will become the gateway accessing Shenzhen from Hong Kong via the Western Corridor. The orientation of the residential buildings maximizes the views to Central Park, the golf courses, as well as the exciting Shenzhen Bay.
