This ecological resort project is set on a small river island with lush mangroves and a rich habitat for birds and aquatic life. The island enjoys fantastic views of the wide river delta and hills. The development program includes 40 high-end residential villas and a 125-key five-star hotel facilitity. The residential villas which have a built up area from 200 sq. m. to 600 sq. m. are strategically organized to front either a canal or an internalized self sustaining lake. The residents can enjoy ample open spaces, activity nodes, club facilities and shared hotel amenities. The hotel is organized into villa units and rooms that maximze on the views to the hills. The lower floor rooms and villas open directly into a series of meandering pools. The hotel includes a conference facility that can be converted into a future casino. In addition the resort development is provided with a series of outdoor amenities including play areas, board wallks, trails and other sport facilities.
