Along the Van Uc River, the riverfronts that lead to new port facilities developed on the Seafront are ideal, for a new interconnected series of industrial towns. The development supports the expanding agricultural economy of the southern Hai Duong province. Canals and riverfront ecological areas are preserved between the village clusters. Riverfront ecological parks become the mitigation belts around the riverfront logistic areas where cargo vessels can access again rural products, more efficiently. The greenbelts protect and help generate mangroves that naturally mitigate floor impacts during critical times of the year. An even distribution of residential and supportive commercial services adds to the areas quality of life.
