The site covers an area of 218 hectares and focuses on developing a new residential town of approximately 680 units and related facilities such as retail, medical and education. An essential part of the Masterplan is to create a connection with the power station and to existing towns. The primary aim of the Masterplan is integrate a series of land uses and pedestrian pathways which will enchance the urban environment. This goal was successfully achieved through the thoughtful approach of setting up design principals and then developing a strong urban fabric entwined with in a landscape system.
