At the City Centre of Saigon South, the intersection of Broadway Nguyen Luong Bang and Nguyen Van Linh parkway create a unique site for a robust landmark convention centre. The urban design creates an efficient floorplate to ensure efficient operations of the exhibition functions, while developing a unique architectural approach that engages the context. A cluster of signature office buildings connect at the centres western edge along Broadway, providing commercial amenities to serve patrons. At the upper levels, direct connections to Saigon Metro Line 8’s concourse brings public and patrons directly to the centre café walking street.
