Situated about halfway between the development known as “CDA” and the community of Binan to the north and the promising Nuvali CBD to the south, The Lindbergh Development is an essential Catalyst to the strength of the corridor’s future. Its relationship to the De La Salle University campus and the Laguna Technology Park gives it a regional advantage of developing new business and lifestyle away from the city. Its natural surrounding inspires a different approach to providing access to nature and recreation that is not available in our traditional urban environments. The direct access to the Laguna / CALAX Corridor connects Lindbergh to both sides of Laguna province: east to the SLEX (south super highway) and less than an hour to BGC, and west to Cavite. There are many aspects of this grand vision for this landmark development: The investment will create a new benchmark for Alveo in creating resilient multi-cultural urban integrated mixed-use developments in the Philippines. The location will be a catalyst for creating a connected multi nodal, transit-oriented development corridor outside of the crowded capital city. The integrated approach to land and building use configuration shall be one of first in the country to provide the pedestrian a preferential living and working mode that relies on long commute times and challenging traffic of the traditional city. There are four key districts that make up a very exciting opportunity of land uses and cultural development in the Lindbergh Corridor. The 108-hectare Masterplan is organized into four districts and is oriented to nature – and establishes three unique districts that reflect the particulars of the setting: Core Business Area – reflecting the efficiency of direct access from the Laguna / CALAX Corridor and shared boundary with the de La Salle University on its west side; Lindbergh Estates – the high residential neighborhood that appreciates the slop toward the scenic Carmona River canyon to the west; Lindbergh Market Place – taking full advantage of direct visual access form the Laguna / CALAX Corridor that lies between the Lindbergh north gateway and the Laguna Technology Park on the east; Lindbergh Innovation District - technically separated as the southside of the CBA, this group of linear structured provides an inspiring arrangement of architecturally astute “live-work” complexes which float above a garden terrace structure and create a series of urban spaces above the Araneta Parkway; The districts all link to the Lindbergh Parkway which extends from the Nuvali CBD all the way to the north gateway of the Laguna / CALAX Corridor to the north and with its connection to Cola Parkway, the corridor is directly linked to Ayala Premier’s Cola residential development north of the Carmona River corridor.
