The Masterplan team has drawn upon its vast experience in placemaking, sustainable design, and real estate strategy to create the Masterplan for An Phu Hung Township. An Phu Hung is projected to become a new satellite mixed-use center in the Ho Chi Minh City metropolitan area. As a new urban area with modern infrastructure and amenities, it will be poised to become a major and competitive sub-center in one of the fastest-growing regions in Vietnam. An urban design of compact development will create density that leads to a visible and remarkable presence at a high-profile location: with its siting and great accessibility from Highway No. 22 and regional Ring Road No. 2, the new town will become a landmark new urban sub-center in Ho Chi Minh City. An industrial research park and commercial center provide the economic growth engine, and its residents will enjoy a series of great spaces and places for activity away from the congestion of the city center.
