As the Masterplan gained approvals from Dong Nai administration, advanced urban design frameworks were developed to ensure protection of the delicate riverways to create a comprehensive community to support the growth demands of the future Long Thanh Airport. After initial nods from the Long Thanh administration, continued embellishment of this benchmark setting ecological development included site formation techniques, building site enhancements and a detailed strategy for achieving vertical integration of uses in the central core to enhance quality of life.
